Artémat has developed the integration of the three different platforms in order to make the process of Assessment, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition more innovative and engaging. The candidate faces three tests: Skillgame (analysis of the hard skills), Web InBasket® (analysis of the soft skills) and Business Game (evaluation of the hard and soft skills in a team working context).
Skillgame
Skillgame is a web-based platform that instantly allows to map the profile/ranking of each user on a specific set of hard skills. Skillgame is used in single-player version and it represents the right tool for recruitment processes that require a preliminary screening phase.Skillgame

Web InBasket®
Web InBasket® is the single-player simulation platform for the assessment of soft skills. The user has the opportunity to experience in “real-time” the typical situations of a manager: managing meetings, replying to emails and chats, activating networking, analyzing and processing documents and communicating in conference calls. Business Game
Business Game Studio is the platform dedicated to the Business Simulations. The simulations allow to create a competitive context where the teams use and develop their management, decision-making and relational skills.
